Recent studies have shown the benefits that can be gained from time spent in natural environments, reduced stress, improved creativity, better sleep, healthier immune systems. We are only just starting to understand the importance of time spent in nature.
The aim of the Nature Experience is to get people out into the wilderness and connect them to nature.
The Nature Experience are for individuals as part of a retreat format or customised for schools and forward thinking corporations.
What we do
We take groups out into the wilderness and facilitate good meaningful conversation. It might be a hike, canoe or paddleboard to a beautiful setting, on the way we will introduce some mindfulness activities, teach you about how the natural world benefits us, and create space to have healthy discussions away from the distractions of the modern world.
We combine the worlds of outdoor education, team building, coaching and wellness to connect people to the natural world.
