The owners of this field wanted to turn this under used old horse field into a large food forest. We created the design for over 20 fruit and nut trees, plus a large number of berries, herbs and medicinal plants. The design is in a large, south facing U shape to create a microclimate in the middle to grow blueberries, lavender and Calendula to sell. We will be returning in the spring to fill in the middle part of the design.
